These are the most stunning Christmas party dresses for 2025 that I found after scrolling for hours online. I’m loving that sparkly glam styles are in and when better to throw on a sequin mini than for holiday parties. A lot of these are favorited on my own wishlist ready for holiday dress shopping or already in my closet.
This year it was a lot harder to find dresses under $100 as even at Windsor a lot of their styles were over that but I tried my best to find as many affordable styles as possible. Especially as occasion dresses are often something we only wear once or a handful of times.

Michael Costello’s red long sleeve mini dress is a classy Christmas dress that’s also on my Fall wedding guest dress edit. It’s such a stunning dress for special occasions and I love how versatile it is. It’s a Christmas party outfit that’s classy enough for family gatherings and work events but still sexy and festive. It’s the perfect dress for wearing to church, then to brunch and Sunday cocktails.
Designers are getting smart when it comes to designing cocktail dresses for colder seasons as this one has long sleeves and a high neck. I have it in pink, and black and gold and find it runs true to size.

If you’re like me, I don’t follow the rules and think white looks really crisp and elegant in Winter. I love the strapless style of this white gown for holiday parties or New Year’s Eve. This beautifully draped gown has a modern, sexy high-cut front slit that’s both chic and sexy.

What to wear if you don’t want to wear a dress
If you’re not into dresses or want something warmer for your Christmas party outfit, there are lots of stunning rompers and dressy jumpsuits around this year. The waist on this one is pretty high so I wouldn’t belt it next time but I love how comfortable it is and that it has pockets.
It’s cropped if you’re tall but doesn’t need hemming if you’re petite (I’m 5″2 and it was the perfect length). I forgot to pack my suede pumps for Colorado so had to wear it with boots which isn’t how I’d style it normally!
If you’re worried you’ll be too warm a festive, lightweight romper is perfect. Plus it has an elasticated waist for all of the festive eating and drinking.
Complete your holiday party outfit in 2025 style
Grab some strappy heels, sparkly Cinderella heels, the perfect accessories and red lipstick to complete your holiday party outfit for Christmas 2025. I’m all about the sparkly accessories to go with my holiday cocktail dresses but have also added nude and black options so it’s not overkill and you don’t look like a disco ball.
If you’re worried about being cold, logo tights are still in fashion and I wear my black Gucci logo tights all the time in Fall Winter and they’re finally back in stock!
Sparkly bags are another big trend for Winter 2025 and these are hands down the prettiest styles I’ve seen this season from Chanel to under $50.
