Third Generation, Full-Face Formula: Instant & Progressive Results Tested
The new Dr. Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum launched this month as their newest “Botox in a Bottle”. Their serum has been a cult skincare product for over a decade, but this 3rd generation reformulation is repositioned as a full-face Botox in a Bottle rather than the localized previous versions. It promises both instant and progressive wrinkle reduction. Bold claims. This Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum review is covering their most ambitious formula yet and whether it actually delivers.

What is Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum supposed to do: The benefits
The new Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum is designed for every skin type and tone, targeting expression lines from forehead to crow’s feet, smile lines and the 11s between your brows. In fact it’s clinically proven to do so.
AFTER 15 MINUTES:*
- 100% reported that skin around the eyes has a more lifted appearance
AFTER 4 WEEKS OF USE:*
- 100% reported that the product visibly improves the look of expression lines
* Clinical study conducted on 25 volunteers, volunteers satisfaction results after one application and after use of product am and pm for 4 weeks. Dr. Brandt.

If needles aren’t your thing; whether that’s needle aversion, Botox resistance, cost, or simply wanting a faster solution, this formula promises results both instantly and over time. Sounds too good to be true. So I put it to the test.
The claims are twofold: immediate visible smoothing, firming and lifting, followed by progressive improvement in lines and wrinkles with consistent use and reinforcement of your skin structure for long-term resilience and longevity.
- Mirrors the effects of wrinkle relaxing injectables.
- Smooths lines & wrinkles.
- Supports cellular turnover, collagen stimulation & DNA repair.
- Suitable for all skin types and tones.
The formula leans on some genuinely interesting ingredients:
- Vegan PDRN, a regenerative medicine-derived ingredient.
- An Advanced 4-Ingredient Tightening Complex.
- Adenosine A (botox in a bottle).
- Vitamin E.
Here’s what it actually delivered.
How to use Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum
It’s super quick and easy to use Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum either as a targeted wrinkle treatment or as an all over face serum. To get the best results:
In the morning
- Unlock by sliding the buttons.
- Remove the cap.
- Gently squeeze either side of the bottle to dispense the serum.
- You can either dispense on your finger or directly onto your face, applying onto your expression lines and wrinkles, or all over your face.
- In the evening 2-3x a week start with Dr Brant Dermal Micro Points and then use serum.
In the evening
- 1-2 x nights per week, exfoliate your face to help products absorb better and improve their effectiveness.
- 2–3 nights per week when you’re not exfoliating, apply Dr. Brandt Dermal Micro Points to clean skin. This will also help ingredient delivery, help boost collagen production, and work synergistically with Wrinkle Release Serum.
- Apply Wrinkle Release Serum.
- Once the serum is fully absorbed, follow with Dr. Brandt Hyaluronic Face Cream. This helps ensure your face stays hydrated, plumped, and comfortable.

Does Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum work? Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum before and after results
I honestly wasn’t expecting the results to be as good as they were. I took my after photos just 5 minutes after application and saw results that quickly, even though they say it’s normally noticeable after 15 minutes of application.

The serum is so new I only have immediate before and after photos but I’ll add my 4 week before and after photos after 4 weeks use, to see if there’s visible improvements in my skin texture and wrinkle appearance.
Dr Brandt Wrinkle Release Serum review: final thoughts
Besides the visible reduction in my wrinkles and expression lines, I also love that it’s a cruelty free serum. It also doesn’t pill under makeup, unless you use way too much. At this price point, consider this one of my new beauty favorites.
