Designer bag sales in the Memorial day sales are the perfect time to stock up on designer bags you’ve had your eye on. So many luxury brand purses are already on sale. Including a lot of new season pieces not just old stock they’re trying to move. If you’ve been wanting to check off some of this years biggest bag trends such as chain accents, oversized totes, clutches, designer cross body bags, rattan or top handle bags or here’s my top picks for each trend in the memorial day sales.

Designer clutch bags trend | Top sale picks
From structured clutch bags as seen on the Louis Vuitton runways and at Cult Gaia to Bottega Venetta’s more relaxed shape pouches the clutch trend is holding strong. These designer clutches are all in the Memorial day designer bag sales with up to 50% off.

Designer top handle bags
The ever so ladylike top handle bag is back in 2style and doesn’t interfere with our shoulder pads or statement shoulder tops. I’ve included blacks and tans that are perfect for Fall and Winter as well as lighter colors for Summer.
A lot of these designer bags on sale have both top handles and removable shoulder straps. I tend to carry my top handle by the handle most days. Then use the shoulder strap to turn it into a crossbody bag for days I’m in cities or on the tube.
Memorial Day sale rattan and woven purses
Rattan and woven bags are such a fun and cute look for Summer with their fresh light colors and beach vibes. Cult Gaia is one of the more reasonably priced designer bags on sale. It’s gathered quite the ‘cult’ following this year with some of my favorite styles. The one below also has a bamboo and chain strap if you want to wear it as as shoulder or crossbody bag.
Pro tip: always try wearing your wicker, woven and raffia bags with a cheap shirt or outfit first to make sure it doesn’t pile your clothing before wearing it with the outfit you’re planning on wearing it with. I had a super cute round raffia shoulder bag one year that destroyed my romper the first time I wore it.
Oversized totes and bags
The bag every woman should own at least one of. There’s nothing more practical than a large tote for holding our entire lives on an everyday basis as well as for traveling. It’s one of those designer bag styles worth investing in as it’ll get so much use.
Pro tip: just because the bag is large, try not to overfill it or put too much weight in it. This will help to preserve its shape and help prevent the handles stretching out.
