Dior Tribales earrings are my most worn Dior jewelry here’s why they’re always on repeat
Dior Tribales earrings are one of my most worn pieces of Christian Dior jewelry so I figured it was well overdue time for a Dior Tribales earrings review. They were one of those jewelry trends that was massive for a while and then seemed to disappear but that doesn’t mean they’re out of style. They’re also one of those designer jewelry pieces that while expensive are on the lower end of the price scale for a luxury brand and for me always get a ton of wear and you know I’m all about cost per wear. If you’re considering these Dior pearl earrings, here’s everything you need to know to find the right style for you and how to care for them.

Dior Tribales earrings review
In this Dior Tribales earrings review I’m sharing everything I think you should know about this style. Including whether or not they’re still in style, what to wear them with, a quick hack for how to turn them into simple pearl studs and whether I regret buying them or not.
Do the Dior Tribales earrings only come as gold pearl earrings
The tribales earrings come in lots of different styles and finishes including silver, gold and rose gold. The classic style are made of white resin pearls but there’s so many different colors and charms to choose from now you can really find one that suits your style the most.
My Dior Tribales earrings were my 2nd Dior jewelry purchase after the gold bracelet. I tried a few of them on in the Dior store but these were the ones that spoke to me and went the best with the Dior necklace I got at the same time.

I find it helpful when deciding on styles to consider which color metal I wear the most and what I’d wear them with. The classic white pearl and gold go with everything while some of the more fun colorful iterations might suit your style more. So have a look at all of the different options, including some of the vintage styles and find what speaks to you the most.
My style tends to be more classic and feminine so I stuck to the classic pearl and gold but with dainty charms that makes them a bit different from the plain pearl version.

How to wear your Dior Tribales earrings
The earrings are really easy to put on and I find they fit really snug without being too tight or worrying about the backs falling off. They’ve also never discolored my ears or got caught in my hair.
The beauty of these Dior pearl earrings is that you can wear them with pretty much anything. I tend to style mine with other gold accessories because of their gold accents.
A Fall outfit idea is with a white button down, a sleek ponytail so you can see the earrings, you could even tie a Dior Mitzah around it or your neck to make the look more Dior, some skinny jeans (back in style) and riding boots or flat knee high boots.

I wear them with my hair both up and down but if you really want to see the earrings obviously you’re going to see them more with your hair up.
A quick hack if you want less of a statement earring and something very classic and low key for the day is to turn them into pearl studs. Just play around and find one of your regular earring backings that fits and swap the chunky pearl back for that.

Are Christian Dior tribales earrings still in style
I feel like I haven’t been seeing them as much over the last year or 2, but yes, the Dior Tribales earrings are still in style. Most of the Tribales designs are timeless but slightly more edgy and statement making than say something like my Chanel pearl earrings which are such a classic.

Are Christian Dior tribales earrings comfortable
I find them comfortable, they’re not heavy and don’t discolor my ears.
Are Dior earrings a good investment
I find Dior earrings to be a great investment because I get so much wear out of them. They also hold their value pretty well if you take care of them and are planning to sell them later on. So these are definitely not a regret buy for me. These, my Nan’s gold hoops, and my Chanel pearl earrings are my most worn earrings. I wear these or my hoops when I’m wearing gold and the Chanel when I’m wearing silver.

Does Dior costume jewelry tarnish
Like most costume jewelry you do have to take care of your Dior jewelry to try to prevent it tarnishing over time. Some reviews say that they do tarnish but that hasn’t been my experience.
When it comes to caring for them I’m really bad, I don’t even keep them in their pouch. I just throw them in my bathroom drawer and they still look pristine. I do clean them in a sonic cleaner every so often though to clean off any residue from my hands or hair products. It’s also best to avoid getting them wet or getting fragrances and creams on your jewelry.
Are Dior earrings real pearls
The Dior Tribales earrings are made from Dior hallmark resin pearls.
