By this step, we already know the item is exactly what you ordered. We knew it’s authentic—but we’ve still double-checked. We also know it’s brand new, having already passed top boutique-level quality control before landing in Italy or France, for example. But we check again.
Our quality-control specialists inspect each item with a trained eye—every surface, every detail, even the hidden ones. From every angle.

4. The Inspection File
Every item gets its own record. While our specialists conduct their white-glove inspection, they also document every detail through photos and notes.
