One Year Later: Is WISKII Still Worth It?
I first noticed WISKII Active when a friend showed up to lunch wearing the cutest matching set. It looked comfortable, flattering and unlike the typical activewear I was used to seeing. I’d been curious about their elevated athleisure pieces for a while, but as a Fashion Editor with an already full wardrobe, I’d been holding off. So when WISKII reached out and shared their new collection I jumped at the opportunity to try it. Fast forward a year, and what started as my first WISKII review has turned into multiple orders and a growing collection of pieces I genuinely reach for. After wearing, washing and styling WISKII Active in real life from dog walks and travel days and everyday errands I understand the hype and why the brand has built such a loyal following. In this updated WISKII review, I’m sharing my honest thoughts on the fit, quality, sizing, whether WISKII Active is still worth buying a year later and of course an exclusive WISKII discount code.

WISKII ACTIVE review
WISKII is one of those elevated athleisure brands that blends technical fabrics with fashion trends for outfits that actually work for real everyday life while still looking super cute and stylish.
In this WISKII review I’m sharing everything I chose from WISKII from dresses to playsuits, loungewear sets, leggings and sports bras, how to choose the right size (I have high hopes for the fit as every piece has more than 4 fittings to ensure the quality and fit is spot on), how it feels, the quality, my honest thoughts after trying them on, and whether it’s really worth it.
About WISKII Active: The brand & aesthetic
WISKII Active started as an athleisure wear brand featuring women’s activewear (sports bras, leggings, and tops). Since then it’s expanded to include a variety of the cutest collections from yoga to tennis wear that also doubles as street wear, knits, colorblock pieces, denim, swimwear, faux leather, and the prettiest flower adorned collection.
The dress they’re probably most famous for is the WISKII denim super stretch denim dress that went viral after Taylor Swift wore it in her music video.
What I love about their pieces is that they feel unique. They’re different to all of the other major sportswear companies aesthetic. It feels retro, feminine, and stylish vs just being functional.
And I can’t help myself, I keep adding, and there’s rational. If you buy pieces in the same color palette you can mix and match to create more outfits. 4 pieces only equals 4 outfits but 8 pieces you can mix and match equals 16 outfits. Girl math says buying more is actually better value!
WISKII Active sizing
If you’re wondering if WISKII runs true to size, I find it varies. They don’t make an XS so I ordered a small which is the smallest size in all of these items. I felt the S in the stripe set, romper, navy dress, leggings and sports bras run more like an XS but then the S in the 2-way zip jacket loungewear set, Mere Dual-Zip Halter Vest and Solene Ease Trousers felt big.
So definitely look at their sizing guide. You can also see what size the model is wearing and use their measurements as a reference point. I’m 5’2″, 32C-24-31, and wear a size small in WISKII (usually an XS/0 in other brands).
WISKII Active clothing review: What I own and recommend
I’ve built up quite a WISKII collection over the past year, from leggings and sports bras to dresses, matching sets and some of their more elevated everyday pieces. So rather than reviewing everything by collection, I’ve broken it down by clothing category to make it easier to compare the fit, sizing, quality and the pieces I actually recommend.
WISKII leggings and capri leggings
I have 2 pairs of WISKII leggings: one full-length pair of scrunch leggings and one pair of capris. The High-Waist Scallop Scrunch Leggings were my first pair, and some of the features I love are how soft and stretchy they are. There’s also no front seam, which helps prevent camel toe, the high waist helps to sculpt, and they have an invisible scrunch butt. What I mean by invisible scrunch butt is that you can see the scrunch when they’re off but not when they’re on, so you get the benefits of a scrunch without the tell-tale sign that they have one. I also didn’t need to have them hemmed, which is something of a miracle as I’m only 5’2” with a 30” inseam.
The capris have all of the same benefits but are shorter, don’t have the scalloped detailing and have a ruched fold-over waistband.
WISKII sports bras and workout tops
I loved the look and fit of the Riviera Scallop Halter Bra Tank to begin with, but I found the scalloped neckline started to fold over after the first wash, which didn’t look as cute as it did originally. I have the Contrast Halter Tank in 2 different colorways as I love the fit, feel and built-in bra, which gives light support. I just need to alter the halter neck as I have a very short torso and want it to sit a little higher.
I also have the WISKII Stay Put Straps Sports Bra, which is so soft and comfortable that I wear it for everyday as well as workouts. I actually need to get it in more colors.
Some other features that make WISKII tops and sports bras so good are the removable padding and thickness of the fabric. They’re not see-through even without the padding. I normally wear an XS or S in tops and wear a size S in all of my WISKII tops.
WISKII shorts and skorts
Living in Las Vegas, I tend to wear shorts and skirts more than anything, so I have quite a few WISKII shorts and skorts. The Contrast Scallop Scrunch Shorts have all the same benefits as the leggings, including compression, no front seam and the invisible scrunch, they’re just shorter. I feel like I need to get the matching sports bra to go with these bike shorts though, so you can actually see the scalloped waist detail.
The other WISKII skorts I own are the Riviera Pleated Skirt in Azure Breeze and the Stripe A-Line Skirt in Heritage Oxford, both of which have built-in shorts. Skorts and skirts with built-in shorts are so good for the winds we get here in Vegas, as I don’t have to worry about them blowing up!
WISKII dresses and playsuits
WISKII has moved well beyond traditional activewear and loungewear. Take my pink Riviera Kinetic Dress, navy knit mini dress with built-in shorts and V-Neck Polo Short Sleeve Playsuit, for example. They all run small for a size S, but I’m used to WISKII’s size S fitting more like an XS, which works well for me since they don’t make anything in an XS. My navy dress and playsuit get worn a lot when I’m working from home as I find the stretchy material so comfortable and they’re easy to just throw on.
The pink Riviera Kinetic Dress has super flattering hourglass seams, ruching at the front and back, built-in shorts and, like pretty much all WISKII clothing, removable push-up pads. The only thing it’s missing is pockets.
WISKII loungewear and matching sets
My WISKII loungewear set tends to be my go-to for flights as it’s thick and warm, super soft, has pockets and is easy to layer with. I find both the pants and zip-up pretty oversized, but I actually like that for flying so I don’t feel constricted. If how light these pieces are is scaring you, they do come in other, darker colors.
WISKII everyday clothing and athleisure
My WISKII Solene Ease wide-leg pants are one of my favorite pairs of pants. They may not be the most practical color but they’re the softest, most comfortable pants I own and when I wear them with the matching 2-way zip vest and oversized blazer I always get so many compliments on my outfit.
The vest is the same soft material as the pants, while the boxy-shoulder blazer is a stiffer, classic wool-blend fabric that has to be dry-cleaned. It runs very oversized, but that’s the look and I love it. I normally wear an XS and wear a size S in all 3 pieces. The vest fits perfectly, while the pants and blazer are a little big. I love wearing all 3 together, but they’re also easy to mix and match and work just as well as a travel or airport outfit with flats like sneakerinas as they do with heels for dinner.

WISKII Active pink ‘Sakura Zen’ collection
Wiskii is really good about adding new color collections and their newest ‘Sakura Zen’ collection is the prettiest shade of pink. There’s removable push up padding in the sports bras, tops and dresses, and the super soft material is thick enough that it’s not see-through. This is my favorite color from Wiskii yet, so I have quite a few outfits in it. The only thing I’ll say about the scalloped halterneck is that it tends to fold over around the neckline but I still love it.
I’m wearing a small in the WISKII High-Waist Scallop Scrunch Legging, Riviera Scallop Halter Bra Tank, Mini Dress, Contrast Halter Tank and Capri Leggings and they all fit perfectly. I kept adding to my collection as we just adopted a dog from the shelter, so I’m walking a lot more!
Is WISKII worth it? My verdict
Yes, yes, and yes! I 100% think WISKII Active is worth it and would buy from them in the future. Especially when they have a sale or by using my discount code 15EVE for 15% off. It’s one of those clothing brands I can rely on the fit and quality for everyday pieces to work from home and then be able to go out in. The materials on the Solene Ease Pants, workout and loungewear sets are beyond soft and comfortable. I love the fact I can be cozy and comfy and still feel stylish. I also love the retro, feminine vibe of a lot of these WISKII styles which is so me!
