I actually hate the cold and can count the number of times I’ve gone skiing on one hand. How you style them will vary depending on whether you’re actually doing apres-ski or just going for the aesthetic. At a ski-resort you’re more likely to be styling you’re après-ski sweater with technical gear or leggings, and snow boots vs cute knee high boots.
For everyday winter fashion, I’ll be going for an Apres-ski slogan sweater styled with jeans, leather pants or leggings. When it comes to footwear something like Uggs, snow boots, black leather knee high boots or even tights and closed toe pumps work depending on the weather and where you are. In Prague I’ll probably be wearing a North Face jacket or cropped puffer jacket on top. In London a long faux fur coat, depending on how much I can cram in my suit case.
If you prefer something more sophisticated than slogan sweaters, Fair Isle knits are the way to go. Style these with jeans, leather pants, leggings, or a skirt of any length (with tights of course). Even short shorts with tights and knee high boots work for this look, just maybe not at the ski lodge!
