My favorite ceramic non toxic non stick pots and pans just went on sale in time for Thanksgiving and the holidays
Caraway cookware non toxic non stick ceramic pots and pans just went on sale for Black Friday, right in time for Thanksgiving cooking marathons, holiday hosting, and all the cosy meals we make this time of year. Caraway Cookware is running their biggest sale of the year for Black Friday, so if you’ve been eyeing their sets or shopping for new non-stick, non-toxic cookware but haven’t been sure whether to finally add to cart, this is your sign. I’ve been using Caraway for a while now and wanted to break down what helped me decide and the key differences between Caraway and HexClad. I know a lot of people debate between Caraway and HexClad, so I wanted to share what I think each brand is best for, the main differences in performance, durability, and price. Hopefully this helps you choose the cookware that’s actually right for your kitchen, your cooking style, and your budget.

What’s the difference between Caraway Cookware and Hexclad
If you’re wondering who makes the best non-toxic, non-stick pans Hexclad or Caraway cookware, before I bought mine, I compared them to HexClad (as most of us do). So I wanted to share exactly what convinced me, what the real differences are, and which cookware makes the most sense depending on your lifestyle and how you cook. Consider this your cheat sheet to choosing the best non-toxic cookware for your kitchen. As we all have different cooking needs and washing preferences so what’s right for me may not be right for you.
- HexClad is made from stainless steel & non stick materials VS Caraway being made from ceramic, non stick, non toxic materials.
- HexClad only comes in 1 color VS Caraway’s pretty ceramic non stick pans which comes in 8-11 colors like the luxe looking black and gold that’s meant to be displayed.
- HexClad doesn’t have 3rd party testing publicly available to be able to determine toxicity VS Caraway cookware does have 3rd party testing publicly available for transparency and is free of PTFE and PFOA chemicals.
- HexClad has a lifetime warranty VS Caraway’s 1-year warranty.
- Both have Stainless steel, stay-cool handles, and are made in China.
- Caraway has an eco-friendly design.
- Comparison reviews say Caraway’s non-stick is better than HexClad (may need to grease for eggs and veggies but easy to lift with a spatula.)
- Caraway pans can go in the oven up to 550F VS HexClad Pans which are oven-safe up to 900°F and the matching tempered-glass lids with steam vents are oven-safe up to 400°F.
- You can use metal utensils with Hexclad VS Caraway pans which requiresmore care (and silicone or wooden utensils which I prefer anyway).
- Caraway offers a smart storage solution that minimizes cupboard room and protects the pans VS Hexclad does not.
- HexClad is dishwasher safe VS Caraway which is hand wash only. We’ve never used our dishwasher and we’ve lived here 15 years.
- Caraway pans come in smart and sustainable packaging VS HexClad pan packaging which is unknown.
- Price wise, it’s usually very similar but Caraway has up to 46% off at the time of making this.
Hexclad VS Caraway cookware conclusion
Both are high quality cookware. If you’re hard on cookware and attached to your dishwasher you might prefer HexClad. If you’re gentler (I don’t cook a lot), cook a lot of eggs, want non-toxic, non-stick ceramic pans made without PTFE, PFOA, and PFAS, that are quick and easy to wash, and care about the aesthetic, you’ll probably prefer Caraway pans.
Caraway cookware review
My first impressions of my Caraway cookware pots and pans set was how heavy duty they felt and how pretty they were. I also loved that they came with shelf organizers as before buying these my pots and pans cupboard was a disaster! I chose the the Caraway Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set (12 piece) and then after trying them bought the small saucepan and frying pan to complete the set.

The 2 things that have impressed me the most about these non toxic, non stick, ceramic pots and pans is that the handles stay completely cool while cooking on the hob (I haven’t tried them in the oven yet) and how quickly and easily they wash. I feel like it’s quicker to rinse these off with hot soapy water than to rinse and then put another brand through the dishwasher.
I did a lot of research before choosing Caraway over other non-stick pans but I seriously think these are not only the best cookware but the most aesthetically pleasing.
Caraway cookware sale
If you’re looking to save, Caraway Cookware is offering their biggest savings of the entire year for Black Friday, so if you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to invest, this is it. The bigger the Caraway Cookware set you buy, the more you save. Their 31 piece set has 41% off: was $2,860 now $1,691.25!
I’ve also shared Caraway’s Food Storage Set, which is non-toxic ceramic-coated glass containers that are non-stick, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and refrigerator safe. As well as their non-toxic ceramic griddle pans, double burner griddles, wooden utensils which are safe to use with their ceramic non-stick pans, prep and boards set since they’re all on sale too.
