Majorelle clothing is cute and popular but is it actually any good?
Majorelle clothing came onto my radar several years ago on Revolve. I love their feminine styles, availability and choice but is it worth the price and is their sizing consistent. Here’s everything you need to know before you buy in this Majorelle review. This is what I’ve discovered with tons of purchases over the years from what to avoid for my body shape and what to look for. Online shopping’s always a bit of a gamble fit and quality wise but all of the items of the edit (except for final sale pieces) all come with free shipping and returns. This is what’s in my closet right now, the hits and misses, Majorelle size chart, how Majorelle sizing runs, and the 30 Majorelle dresses and sets in my favorites list from this brand right now.

Majorelle review: sizing & quality
Here’s everything you need to know about the quality, style and Majorelle sizing as people often ask if it runs small. As well as where to get it and the aesthetic of the brand.

Does Majorelle run small, big or true to size?
I find Majorelle clothing sizing to be fairly consistent. Sometimes an XS might be a bit snug and sometimes a bit loose but I never need to order a different size to my usual.

The only thing that doesn’t work for me is their tops with contoured busts as the cup size is never right for me. To be fair, it’s not normally right in most brands for me as I have a narrow frame and fuller chest.

| Size | Hips | Waist | Bust |
| 00 | 33.5 | 23.5 | 31.5 |
| 0 | 34.5 | 24.5 | 32.5 |
| 2 | 35.5 | 25.5 | 33.5 |
| 4 | 36.5 | 26.5 | 34.5 |
| 6 | 37.5 | 27.5 | 35.5 |
| 8 | 38.5 | 28.5 | 36.5 |
| 10 | 39.5 | 29.5 | 37.5 |
| 12 | 40.5 | 31 | 39 |
Majorelle review | Quality
Quality wise I think it’s pretty good for the price point. Even better when you can score it on sale. The only thing I wasn’t 100% happy with quality-wise was a pink bodysuit as the materials a little too thin and I haven’t found a bra that works with it.

Majorelle Dresses
I absolutely love Majorelle’s aesthetic and have quite a few dresses from them. This Majorelle tweed mini dress with it’s super cute pearl details. What you can’t tell from the photo is that is has a sparkly thread running through it making it perfect for both the day and night.

It’s one of those classic styles that you can wear year after year and the material is thick enough for Fall or not to have to wear a bra if you don’t want to. I found the XS in this style ran a little large but an XXS would’ve been too small on the bust so I had the hips and shoulders taken in as they were too long.
This black halter neck dress was another hit from them. I took up the halterneck as I’m 5’2″ and I have a short torso but the rest of the fit and quality is perfection. Just look at the pretty pearl and gold buttons!
This polka dot Majorelle dress is also on major sale and was such a hit. I had it taken up as I’m only 5’2″.

I wore this Majorelle dress to a baby shower. It’s so feminine and one of the best quality pieces I’ve had from Majorelle as it’s fully lined.

Majorelle clothing matching sets
You know how much I love matching sets. As they take the guess work of what to wear with what and coordinating an outfit. So I’d originally ordered the tweed dress above as a matching skirt and bustier top set.

However, the cups were too small for me but if I’d have gone up a size it would’ve been too big everywhere else. It was such a shame as it’s a really cute set but the dress just fit me so much better and is a little more elegant. Going forward, I was going to stick to styles from Majorelle that don’t have a contoured bust. However, then I found this set that fits perfectly.

Majorelle clothing can run a bit big. I ordered this matching set in an XS and it’s slightly loose but I actually like the slightly bigger fit. Especially for eating and drinking!
The pink shorts and crop top loungewear set is a much better fit but I wish I’d sized up for a looser fit since it is loungewear. The material is super soft though and the color is just as pretty a pink in person. It’s on sale right now and great value for money, it works out to $100 for both the top and bottom in the sale.

One of the things I like about most of Majorelle’s matching sets is that they’re sold separately. So if you need a smaller top than bottom or vice versa, you can order it that way.
Majorelle review | Rompers
Majorelle rompers like this white one are easy to throw on and go. This white playsuit’s been on repeat a lot this summer as it’s lightweight and has pockets large enough for my phone.

Best of Majorelle clothing this season
These are some of the pieces in my favorites folder right now. There’s a lot of matching sets, cozy faux fur coats, lace, and polka dot Majorelle dresses as they’re all major fashion trends this year. There’s also some comfy but stylish jumpsuits, rompers, summer dresses and sweater dresses on the list as I like to be comfy when I’m editing on my computer all day.
The black faux fur cuff top and tartan Majorelle sets on the edit are some my favorite pieces on my Revolve wishlist right now.
