Is Reiss worth it? How to order the right size? All that and more in this Reiss guide
Reiss women’s clothing is one of those British fashion brands that’s been around for years and having explored their new boutique in Las Vegas I figured a Reiss clothing review was long overdue. Reiss was founded over 50 years ago in 1971 by David Reiss and is a brand I grew up with in England. So trust me on Reiss clothes sizing and UK to US sizing conversions, more on that below. Reiss women’s clothing is known for it’s classic style and quality. Especially with their latest Reiss Atelier collection which is the epitome of quality, luxury and timeless style. Which at this price point it should be unless you find a good Reiss clothing sale or outlet find. While it’s not designer per say, it’s definitely on the upper end of High Street pricing.
I checked out the Reiss Las Vegas boutiques latest Holiday collection. So here’s the latest in Reiss women’s fashion, some sale finds, how their clothes fit and a comprehensive Reiss clothing review. Because the US to UK conversion on the tags is never right for any brand!

How does Reiss women’s clothing sizing run?
Does Reiss sizing run small, big, true to size? I find Reiss women’s clothing runs true to size for the UK sizing but not for the US. Confused? Ok, let me clarify.
I wear a UK 6-8 in UK brands which is shown on UK labels as a US 2-4. However, in US clothing brands I wear a 00-0 which would equate to a UK 2-4. UK size 2 doesn’t even exist and size 4’s pretty much don’t either and if they did I’d be lucky to get 1 leg in.
So for my US friends, if you’re usually a Size 0, order a Reiss US 2 / UK 6. Basically size up 1 size from your usual US sizing in their US sizes or 3 sizes from your US size in UK sizing. E.G. If you’re a US 00-0, order a UK size 6. I’m wearing a UK 6/US 2 in all of these and my regular sizing is a UK 6 or US 0 in US brands.

Is Reiss clothing a designer brand | Is Reiss a luxury brand
In the past I wouldn’t have personally called Reiss’s regular line a designer brand. It’s what we’d call in the UK an upper high street brand. Along the same lines as Karen Millen and All Saints for women’s and mens fashion.
What is Reiss Atelier Collection
However, Reiss does also have a premium line, Reiss Atelier which I would consider designer and a luxury brand. The luxurious pieces in the collection are timeless and elegant classics but still with unique touches and a high-end feel.
I’ve fallen in love with the elegance of Reiss Atelier. The dresses are fluid like water and glide with you, the coats classic investment pieces and beautifully tailored and the shoes versatile and chic. Consider me impressed and hooked!

A fixture on the Great British high street for over half a century, Reiss is known for its sleek and sophisticated wardrobe offerings, and is now heading into the luxury market.

Reiss clothing review | Is Reiss good quality
I find Reiss women’s clothing exceptional quality which is reflected in it’s price point. Their designs feature attention to detail, unique styles, and quality material.

What celebrities wear Reiss
Reiss women’s clothing has been popular with British celebrities and royalty for decades but there are some Americans jumping on the Reiss fashion brand too. Kate Middleton is often spotted wearing their coats and dresses. Along with Claudia Winkleman, Tess Daly and Kate Beckinsale. Although Kylie Jenner and Michelle Obama have also been seen wearing this London based fashion brand.

The best of Reiss women’s clothing
These are some of my favorites in store now that I tried on recently or scoped out online. From Reiss Atelier to their Royal Ballet collection, and massive discounts in the Reiss clothing sale.
